🍞 Angry Crumb Refund & Return Policy

At Angry Crumb, every item is baked‑to‑order just for you. Because each product is custom‑printed, our return and refund rules are as follows:


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll replace it for free or refund you.

  • Report issues within 7–14 business days of delivery
  • Email support@angrycrumb.com with your order number + a clear photo
  • No return needed in most cases
  • Replacements follow the same production timeline as your original order

No Returns for Wrong Size/Color

All items are made‑to‑order, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change‑of‑mind.
Please check the Size Guide before ordering.


Address & Delivery Issues

We aren’t responsible for orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • “Returned to Sender” items can be reprinted at an additional cost
  • If a package is marked delivered but missing, please contact the carrier

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before production begins.
Production may start within 24 hours, so act fast if you need changes.


International Orders

Customs fees, duties, and taxes are non‑refundable and may be required by your country.


Refund Timing

Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
